Abou El-Enein Foundation Aid Trucks Reach Rafah Crossing, Ready to Enter Gaza-PHOTOS

Abou El-Enein Foundation for Cultural and Social Work, a member of the National Alliance for Developmental Civic Work, announced that its 10 humanitarian aid trucks have arrived at the Rafah Crossing.

These trucks are part of the Alliance’s ninth convoy to support the people of Gaza and are now ready to enter the Gaza Strip.

The trucks had gathered yesterday on the Cairo-Ismailia Road, where they were welcomed by Ambassador Nabila Makram, Head of the Technical Secretariat of the National Alliance, and Mrs. Somaya Abou El-Enein, Vice Chairwoman of the Abou El-Enein Foundation.

Both inspected the trucks and encouraged the volunteers, who expressed their excitement and dedication to delivering aid to their brothers and sisters in Palestine, wishing them peace and victory.

Abou El-Enein Foundation confirmed its participation in the 9th “Massaft El-Sikka” convoy, which departed from Cairo yesterday morning towards Gaza.

Mrs. Somaya Abou El-Enein stated that the foundation’s teams and many volunteers accompanied the trucks after five days of continuous preparation under the directives of MP Mohamed Abou El-Enein, Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives and Chairman of the Foundation.

The volunteers are now awaiting the trucks’ entry into Gaza from the crossing.

Mrs. Somaya Abou El-Enein emphasized that the foundation’s participation in the ninth convoy aligns with its mission and goals, which are consistent with those of the National Alliance. These include supporting vulnerable communities within Egypt and providing assistance to Palestinians abroad.

The foundation contributed 10 trucks loaded with essential food supplies, winter blankets, and other necessities to meet the basic needs of Gaza residents.

Mrs. Somaya noted that this aid coincides with the upcoming Ramadan season and reflects the foundation’s broader efforts both domestically and internationally.

In addition to its international initiatives, Abou El-Enein Foundation continues its domestic efforts, including supporting people of determination, preparing Ramadan food boxes, assisting brides with wedding preparations, empowering women, and conducting literacy programs.

Established over 43 years ago, the foundation is entirely self-funded and does not accept any form of donations.
