«Abul Enein» runs Urban Development session in «Akhbar AlYoum» economic conference

Urban Development and Real Estate Investment session kicked off Sunday، during “Akhbar AlYoum” third economic conference.

The session is chaired by prominent businessman Mohamed Abul Enein، Chairman of Egyptian-European Business Council.

Mohammed Abul Enein، a business magnate، Head of the Egyptian European Business Council، said that Dr. Mustafa Madbouly، Minister of Housing and Urban Communities، is a talented minister. He has ambitious vision to introduce across the country. He also speaks a language understood by Arab and foreign investors.

Abul Enein added that housing minister planned scientifically for all projects implemented by the state.
It is worth to mention that Abul Enein chaired today، Sunday، the fourth plenary sitting of the third version of “Akhbar Al Yom conference for Urban Development and Real Estate Investment”.
Abul Enein stressed that all investors are waiting for installing of investment and facilities bill to work Egypt as the best investment market in the region.

Business magnate Mohammed Abul-Enein، Head of European-Egyptian Business Council، said that the economic measures taken recently by the government regarding the liberalization of the foreign exchange rate، and reducing fuel subsidies، as well as the Supreme Council for Investment’s decisions are giving a strong impetus to the Egyptian economy.
He also pointed to the need to accelerate the adoption of new legislations complementary to those decisions to achieve the desired development and attract more investments.
In the remarks he made on the sidelines of Akhbar Al-Youm economic conference، he said that attracting investment is the main solution to solving the economic problem in Egypt.
“A boom in investment will lead to an increase in the Gross Domestic Production (GDP)، which consequently will push production and exports and reduce unemployment،” he stated.
Abul-Enein indicated that small and medium enterprises are of extreme vitality to the national economy، if properly administered and concentrated in specialized industrial zones.
