Giza Criminal Court rejected an appeal of the Public Prosecutor’s Office against businessman Mohammed Abou El-Enein and others over graft accusations.

Abou El-Enein faced false accusations in 2011 of illegal graft. But the accusations were launched by the Muslim Brotherhood terror group.

Investigations by illicit gains authority proved Abou El-Enein was innocent of such charges.

All legal procedures by committees of experts at the Ministry of Justice، other committees of the Central Auditing Organization and other regulatory bodies proved the accusations were baseless.
